Day 3 Box Office Collection: Amaran Surpasses Initial Records

On its third day, Amaran exceeded expectations, surpassing its opening-day earnings with a strong collection of 21.75 crore INR on Saturday, as per Sacnilk reports. This performance brought its domestic earnings to an impressive 62.25 crore INR within three days. The global box office, which hit 42.3 crore INR on the first day, is expected to cross 100 crore INR, making Amaran Sivakarthikeyan’s fastest film to reach this milestone.

Released alongside Tamil films Bloody Beggar and Brother, Telugu films Lucky Bhaskar and KA, and Hindi giants like Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, Amaran has managed to hold its own. Despite strong competition, the film’s appeal has kept audiences engaged, emerging as a favorite across multiple regions.

Produced by Kamal Haasan’s Raaj Kamal Films International, R. Mahendran, and Sony Pictures International, Amaran has also received significant praise for Sai Pallavi’s powerful performance. With 84.41% occupancy for its Tamil version, the film has been a success not only in Tamil Nadu but also in other regions, including Kerala, Mumbai, and the National Capital Region (NCR). Interestingly, the film has performed exceptionally well in the Telugu states, reaching a 65.35% occupancy rate and generating over 3 crore INR on Saturday alone.
