What is IGIN, BTS Jin’s Traditional Korean Liquor?
IGIN is a traditional Korean liquor that highlights the flavors of Yesan, South Chungcheong Province. Infused with regional specialties like Yesan apples, watermelons, and plums, the brand is a modern twist on Korea’s rich alcoholic heritage.To spearhead the project, Jin and Baek Jong Won established Jin’s Lamp, an agricultural corporation in December 2022. Jin’s Lamp manages IGIN’s production, while Yesan Doga, a subsidiary of The Born Korea, handles its distribution.
The project boasts an impressive lineup, including Park Nok Dam, a legendary master craftsman often hailed as the “godfather of traditional Korean liquor.” His expertise ensures that IGIN maintains high-quality craftsmanship while embracing modern trends.
