Actor Kushal Tandon, known for his roles in popular TV shows like Sasural Simar Ka, Nach Baliye, and Barsatein - Mausam Pyaar Ka, recently shared a shocking story on social media, claiming he was defrauded by the energy drink brand Sky63. In a now-deleted Instagram post, Tandon alleged that Sky63 scammed him out of Rs 10 lakh, with a larger fraud amounting to nearly Rs 1.5 crore.

With a large social media following, Tandon took to Instagram to warn fellow influencers, actors, and businesses to be cautious when working with Sky63. He specifically mentioned the brand’s supposed owner, Tanish Chhajed, and brand manager, Roshaan Garry, accusing them of deceptive practices. His message struck a chord, as many in the entertainment industry know Tandon as a reliable and well-regarded actor.
In his post, Tandon wrote, "ALERT: FRAUD WARNING – SKY63 ENERGY DRINK. It’s a fraud of almost 1.5 crore, and my payment of 10 lacs for a reel remains unpaid.” He went on to share that several other celebrities and influencers who collaborated with Sky63 faced similar issues, left waiting for promised payments.
Tandon explained his ordeal in detail, listing grievances that included:

Cheque Bounce: Tandon revealed that despite delivering his end of the collaboration, the cheques issued by Sky63 repeatedly bounced. He suggested this pointed to a lack of responsibility on the brand’s part, further damaging its credibility.

Unkept Promises: According to Tandon, he was given empty assurances and faced constant delays for more than two months. “This is not only disrespectful but also unprofessional, and it’s now clear that the intent to pay has never been genuine,” he said.
Tandon’s post struck an emotional note, as he emphasized that artists and influencers deserve respect and fair treatment in collaborations. He urged fellow creators to be cautious when approached by Sky63 or other companies lacking transparency.
