According to sources, Shah Rukh Khan has leased out these two high-end apartments in the Pooja Kasa building, located in the upscale Pali Hill area of Khar, Mumbai. The lease agreement, signed on February 14, spans 36 months. The annual rental income from these apartments is reportedly Rs 2.9 crore, with a monthly rent of approximately Rs 24.15 lakh per apartment.
Jackky Bhagnani Takes Over SRK’s Apartments
The apartments have been rented by Bollywood actor and producer Jackky Bhagnani and his sister. The deal marks one of the highest rental agreements in Mumbai’s celebrity real estate market. The luxurious duplexes are known for their modern interiors and premium amenities, making them a prime choice for elite tenants.
Many Bollywood celebrities have been making significant earnings by leasing out their properties, and Shah Rukh Khan is the latest to join the trend.
