Thalapathy Vijay, the superstar of Tamil cinema, is making a bold step into politics with his political party, Tamizhaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK). On August 22, 2024, Vijay will officially launch the flag and anthem of his party in a special event at the TVK headquarters in Panaiyur, Chennai. The event will start at 9:15 AM, and more than 300 TVK members are expected to attend. Vijay will hoist the party flag on a 30-foot pole, making it a symbolic moment for his party.
