Why Allu Arjun Got Arrested: Charges and Police Investigation

Following the incident, the police registered a case under sections 105 (Culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and 118(1) (Voluntarily causing hurt) against Allu Arjun, his security team, and the theatre management. The case was filed at Chikkadpally Police Station after a complaint was made by the woman’s husband. The police arrested the theatre owner, general manager, and security manager on December 8. On December 6, the actor announced a contribution of ₹25 lakh for the family, stating that he was "deeply heartbroken." He assured the family that he would personally meet them and provide all possible assistance.
