Thane Municipal Corporation to Build 32-Storey Administrative Building

The Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) has announced plans to construct a new 32-storey administrative building in the home region of Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. The estimated cost of the project is ₹727 crore, and the new structure will centralize various municipal offices, improving the delivery of services to Thane’s residents. In addition to the office block, the project will include a five-storey assembly building and two basement levels for parking.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently laid the foundation stone for the ambitious project during his visit to the city.
