Anurag Thakur's speech in Jharkhand: BJP MP demands freedom from infiltrators and politicians

Recent speech by BJP MP Anurag Thakur to the people of Jharkhand in Deoghar emphasizes that they need to come forward for support of the BJP during the coming election. Thakur elaborated upon the importance of Lord Birsa Munda's 150th birth anniversary as such an important figure in Jharkhand's history.

Addressing the public, Thakur said what he calls the "three diseases" plaguing Jharkhand must be tackled: love jihad, land jihad, and job jihad. The infiltrators have taken away all these key resources in the state-water, forest, and land and jobs available for the youth, he said. Thakur appealed to the people to liberate Jharkhand from these forces for the state to be able to move forward in fulfilling its potential.

A direct attack by the BJP MP on the coalition was launched as he alleged that Congress and RJD along with JMM have created an environment where the tumours of infiltrators continue to fester and grow in Jharkhand. He said the state can prosper to become a developed Jharkhand only by getting rid of such challenges and implementing policies that benefit native people.

Thakur welcomed the first phase of voting and called on the voters to cast more votes in the second phase in order to win for BJP. His speech struck the right chord of many locals yearning for a change in Jharkhand's political scenario with a more substantial policy regarding the youth's employment and development at local levels.

The BJP has always raised concern about the effect of infiltrators on the development of the state Jharkhand. And Thakur's speech has even brought it more upfront in the party's story of paying homage to the indigenous people more than outsiders. The significant problems have been indeed the headlines of the politics of Jharkhand in the run-up to elections since the BJP election campaign is taken forward with Jharkhand's progress and the need for a change.

Therefore, the speech takes landmark cultural and political developments to point out BJP's commitment to making Jharkhand a better, developed state with reigning in problems like love jihad, land jihad, and job jihad, which are at the heart of the existing political discourse.
