Baba Ramdev Criticizes Allopathic Medicine Again After Supreme Court Relief
After receiving relief from the Supreme Court in the "misleading advertisement case," yoga guru Baba Ramdev made another bold statement regarding allopathic medicines. Speaking to the media after hoisting the national flag at Patanjali Yogpeeth on Independence Day, Baba Ramdev claimed that millions of people die every year from consuming what he described as "poisonous" allopathic medicines.
He drew a parallel to historical events, stating, "The British established their empire around the world by killing millions of people. Lives were also lost in the name of Islam, and the revolution for socialism claimed millions of lives."
"Millions Are Dying from Toxic Synthetic Drugs"
He emphasized that while these are events of the past, millions of people are still dying in the present day due to toxic synthetic drugs. Ramdev stressed the need to advance the movement for "medical independence" to save lives, urging that this movement must be pushed forward at all costs.
"Misleading Advertisement Case"
The Supreme Court recently provided relief to Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna in the "misleading advertisement case." The court dismissed the defamation case after accepting the apology from Baba Ramdev and Patanjali Ayurved Limited.
