Famous Saint Siyaram Baba of Khargone Passes Away: Final Rites to be Held Today Evening
Famous Saint Siyaram Baba of Khargone, Madhya Pradesh, is no more. The devotees left in tears after the departure of this great saint who selflessly served the community until his last breath. He suffered from prolonged illness before his end. The death is a heavy loss for the residents of Khargone and its surrounding areas as he earned great respect in their minds for his teachings and spiritual leadership. His last rites are scheduled to take place this evening, ending an era for the devoted followers of Siyaram Baba in the region.
The news about the death of Siyaram Baba spread like wind in the town
Raising waves of sadness among the followers. It was but recently that rumors had circulated about his health, but the local authorities had urged the people to dismiss such claims. After these rumors, the administration had been keeping track of the situation, where medical teams had been informing the public continuously about the health of Baba.
Due to all these reasons, the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav, instructed the district collector, Karmveer Sharma, to keep close watch over the situation. Video calls were made every day to the doctors and the caretakers at the ashram to ensure Baba received the best care available. According to the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Dr. M.S. Sisodia, from Khargone, Baba's treatment was being actively taken up by a medical team from Indore and they also gave critical guidance during his illness.
Siya Rama Baba, earlier treated at a Sanavad Private Hospital due to pneumonia was discharged from this hospital back to his Ashram in an improving stage of sickness. The ailments did not pull him back spiritually and compassion towards his devotees.
