Ghaziabad's Harnandipuram Township: GDA to Implement Unique Property IDs and Modern Amenities

The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is set to develop a new township named Harnandipuram near Raj Nagar Extension, spanning 541 hectares. This modern township will feature properties with unique IDs, allowing allottees to access comprehensive property information with just a click, thanks to a dedicated application software being developed by the GDA. The township will include residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, along with green belts and parks.

Following approval from the GDA board, the authority is moving forward with the development of Harnandipuram. The area designated for the township is undergoing satellite and drone surveys to accurately define its outer boundaries before construction begins.

The township will be organized into sectors, each designed for different purposes, including residential, commercial, and industrial zones. The project will also incorporate green spaces, such as parks, ensuring a well-balanced and environmentally friendly development. The total land area for this new township will cover 541.65 hectares, encompassing land from eight villages. This initiative is a significant step towards creating a well-planned, modern urban space in Ghaziabad.
