Introduced on Wednesday, this innovative technology is to support government agencies, urban planners and help citizens by giving actionable insight into the ever-changing air quality conditions across the nation.

Air View+ is run by the AI capabilities of Google in cooperation with regional climate tech companies and sustainability specialists. Air View+ brings air quality data to everyone through Google Maps. Using the Air Quality layer or the Weather widget in the Explore tab, a user can see the AQI for a location.
