Maharashtra election 2024: Heightened security for Devendra Fadnavis election drama sparks extra protection amid threat alerts
Mumbai, Maharashtra: Enhanced security has been offered to Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis in the wake of a recent intelligence report talking about potential threats. However, many more security personnel than the 10-12 commandos of the elite Force One have kept a vigil outside his residence at Nagpur. It has been in the wake of his leading the coalition of BJP-led Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy CM Ajit Pawar, as state elections loom ahead.
