Speaking about the Congress, Modi alleged that since independence, the party has mistreated backward classes, including Dalits, tribals, and OBCs, which have prevented their progress. He said the party had a royal family mentality of thinking that they were born to rule, ignoring the rights of common people. Modi further claimed that the Congress only protected its interest and did nothing to raise the underprivileged classes.
Modi further criticized the Congress alliance partner for an attempt to restore Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, which he said was a similar agenda pursued by Pakistan.
