Mukesh Ambani's Thoughtful Diwali Surprise for Reliance Employees: A Festive Gift Box Goes Viral!
New Delhi: The Ambani family is known for its grand celebrations and thoughtful gestures. However, this time, it was a Diwali gift box that surprised Reliance employees and the word about it spread like wildfire. A software developer at Reliance Jio Infocomm shared an unboxing video on social media, and it revealed the contents of the company's special Diwali gift, spreading waves of interest and admiration online.
This year, Mukesh Ambani and his family accepted a carefully selected Diwali box with packets of premium dry fruits, that included cashews, almonds, and raisins--a gift traditionally associated with prosperity and well-wishing for the year ahead. In keeping with the festive spirit, the box is elegantly designed with the words "Deepawali Greetings" and "Shubh Deepawali" on its lid accompanied by a gold-ink image of Lord Ganpati, symbolizing good fortune.
A white potli bag, designed in the Vantara theme, was a mark of Anant Ambani's wildlife conservation initiative. The charm was enhanced by an add-on - a heartfelt card signed by Mukesh and Nita Ambani, along with family members such as Akash, Shloka, Isha, Anand, Anant, Radhika, and the four grandchildren. These greetings are personal and include wishes from the family side for a prosperous and enjoyable Diwali.
It has not been the first that the Ambanis grab the headlines with their deep meaning Diwali gifts. Last year, their "Swadesh" campaign gave handwoven kasav sarees from Kerala and products that highlight rich handicrafts of India to employees. The idea behind Swadesh is for India's skilled artisans that have been a part of its heritage to be feted and supported. This goes alongside the Ambani family commitment to "Make in India" and their dedication toward the preservation of traditional arts in India.
The Ambanis of the Sanatani tradition appear in most of the sacred places in the country at a regular interval, not sparing any offerings to give rich gifts to the sacred god. Another example, the Diwali gift given by him is just another example of cultural values mixed with respect towards the employees.
