Noida, India — In preparation for the upcoming UP International Trade Show, the Noida Traffic Police has announced a traffic diversion plan effective from September 25 to September 29. During this five-day event, significant VVIP and VIP movements are expected along the Delhi-Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the Yamuna Expressway, prompting the need for diversions.

The trade show will take place at Expo Mart, located in Knowledge Park. Traffic police have urged drivers heading to the venue to adhere to the diversion routes to ensure smooth travel. The diversions will be in place daily from 7 AM to 11 PM to facilitate both VVIP movements and regular traffic flow.

Heavy, medium, and light commercial vehicles will be restricted from these routes during this time, with exceptions for essential goods such as milk, vegetables, fruits, and medical supplies. These vehicles may operate under the guidance of the traffic police.

Recommended Alternate Routes

To assist drivers, the traffic police have suggested several alternative routes:

  • From Chilla Border: Drivers can take a U-turn to NH-09/24 and then proceed to NH-91 and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.

  • DND Border: Vehicles entering the district can U-turn at the DND Toll Plaza and follow NH-09/24 to NH-91 and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.

  • Kalindi Kunj Border: Drivers can navigate through NH-09/24, Eastern Peripheral Expressway, and NH-91 to reach their destinations.

  • Yamuna Expressway Traffic: Traffic heading to Delhi from Jewar Toll will be diverted towards Aligarh via a U-turn before the Jewar Toll. From there, they can continue to their destinations through Aligarh and Tappal.

  • From Greater Noida: Vehicles traveling from Greno Honda Circle to Delhi can take the route via Eastern Peripheral Expressway after exiting at Sirsa Roundabout.

  • From Surajpur to Pari Chowk: Drivers can take the route through Tilpatta and Sirsa Roundabout to access the Eastern Peripheral Expressway and continue to their destinations.

Access to Expo Mart

Vehicles traveling to Expo Mart will have specific routes:

  • From the Expressway: Drivers can access parking via the Culture Ministry Tiraaha and Galgotias College.

  • From Surajpur: Drivers should navigate through LG and Sharda Roundabouts to reach the parking area.

  • From Pari Chowk: Vehicles can access parking through LG and Sharda Roundabouts to the Knowledge Park roundabout.

Additional parking is available at KCC College, Jubilant, and United College for those needing alternative options.

Drivers are advised to plan their routes accordingly and remain updated on any changes to ensure a smooth travel experience during this busy event.
