UP Police Physical Test Date: December 15-25, 2024

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) will conduct the physical test for those candidates who have qualified the written examination between December 15-25, 2024. The physical test is a part of the selection process for 60,244 positions in the UP Police. Those candidates who qualify the physical test will be allowed to proceed with document verification and medical examination.

Mistakes to Avoid During the UP Police Physical Test:

1. Verify Height and Weight Eligibility:
Candidates need to be sure of the height and weight standards before appearing for the physical test. In case of any wrong measurement or not meeting the criteria, candidates will be disqualified from taking the test. It is a must-check and verify measurements beforehand.

2. Avoid Risks:
The new participants for competition or endurance tests should not overexert themselves. Running at a speed that is beyond their scope or trying to outpace their capacity may lead to injury or disqualification. Instead of trying to outstretch your boundaries, practice safe and consistent runs.

3. Practice Running:
The physical test is running a specific distance within a given time. For males, the distance to be covered is 4.8 km in 25 minutes (12 rounds), and for females, it is 2.4 km in 14 minutes (6 rounds). Practice running regularly and maintain a steady pace to avoid mistakes. Keep track of your rounds to ensure accuracy during the test.

4. Avoid Performance-Boosting Drugs:
Some candidates may think of taking drugs or performance-enhancing substances to enhance their speed in running. This is strongly discouraged as it may result in health complications and also lead to disqualification in the exam.

5. Healthy Diet:
Throughout the period preceding the physical test, candidates should take a balanced diet and ensure that there is regular physical exercise. A healthy lifestyle will enhance endurance, strength, and performance in the test.

It's the next step toward joining UP Police; candidates are prepared with complete details of requirements. There will be a chance for everyone who is determined, with physical and health requirements strictly monitored and observed by the respective test committees.
