Weather Department Update, Why Is It Still Hot? When Will the Cold Weather Arrive?

Why is it so hot in November? Normally, by November, temperatures start to decline and folks begin to wear winter garments after Diwali. However, this year, November has trickled in, but the heat hangs around, despite people already facing the intense midday sun. However, for three hours, a slight chill can be experienced in the early morning and evening. According to meteorologists, this warmth is courtesy of global warming.
Weather Department Update: Unseasonal Warmth in Delhi
It is only in recent times that this scenario has changed, as the country starts feeling the climate drift due to El Niño or La Niña by November. This natural turn of events over the Himalayas cooled the temperature of the Pacific Ocean, sent in cold winds to northern India, and hence announced winters were at the door. However, due to the process of deforestation and global warming, even this year, the season of winter has been warmer than all the other winter seasons.
Maximum Temperature: The maximum temperature in Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, and Gurugram with the NCR region will be seen between 30°C to 32°C. Minimum Temperature : The minimum temperature from November 13 to 15 will remain at 14°C to 19°C. Sky Condition: Clear sky conditions will prevail with thin fog in the morning time in areas close to the airport and Ridge. Sun will shine during the day. The department also ensured that no severe cold will touch the region within the next three days.

The temperature would not fall in 10 states, including Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Chandigarh, and Ladakh till November 17. However, Mussoorie, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Bengal will experience a small fall of 3-4°C.
