He endorses fitness products and even shares stories of his health experiences with millions of fans. Today he is vocal about yet another fitness product- Yoga. Sharing a serene picture of himself meditating in his garden, in white and draped around him, was a shawl, Amitabh captioned his post as saying, "Yoga yoga yoga; Swasth pe bharosa hoga (you will trust health).

The picture shows Big B performing a variation of Padmasana with his feet touching, set against lush greenery and fresh air, reinforcing yoga's connection to nature. The post highlights how yoga not only benefits physical and mental health but also enhances cognitive functions and sleep patterns.

Amitabh Bachchan's journey through multiple health adversities has only made him more determined. In 2023, he shared with his readers that he injured his rib cartilage while shooting an action scene of Project K. He mentioned that he had undergone CT scans and begun his treatment. The doctors had also advised him to rest. However, this did not deter him, and he continued to pen down the process as he recovered with firm determination.

In 2019, he gave another health update after missing the National Film Awards as he said he was battling fever and injuries when his hamstring issue had discomforted him so much that he could not even walk. But he did not lose his smile and positivity during such circumstances.
