Sadhguru has spoken about the importance of raising the next generation with a sense of inclusion after a 19-year-old man was charged in connection with an alleged plan for a mass shooting that may have targeted a Hindu temple in Aurora, Illinois, in the United States.

He stressed the need to build a sense of inclusion and work towards raising human consciousness. He also expressed gratitude to the people who acted quickly to prevent the alleged attack.

“When a young life becomes so poisoned by hate that he plans to kill those he sees as different, it reflects our failure in nurturing the next generation,” Sadhguru wrote.

What happened in Aurora?

According to media reports, a 19-year-old man from Palatine, Illinois, was arrested over an alleged plan for a mass shooting that investigators believe may have targeted a Hindu place of worship in Aurora. The case came to light after authorities received information about concerning messages linked to the suspect.

The man has been charged in connection with the alleged plan. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities have not confirmed the specific intended location in their initial statements.
