Greater Noida: Tragic Incident in Dadri, 18-Year-Old Student Takes Her Life Amid Study Stress

Greater Noida: Heart-wrenching incident has come to light coming from the Dadri locality of Greater Noida, a BSc student aged 18 died after suicide due to study pressures. Priya hanged herself from her house home and such an incident occurred at Thakuran Mohalla in Dadri locality where despite the tragic loss this family is bearing, they have not filed any complaint with the police.

Priya, who had topped the result lists in the 12th-grade exams scoring 92.40% in the 2022-2023 academic session with excellent academic scores, was doing a BSc in Mathematics. According to this news portal, it is stated that she was overwhelmed with stress owing to lower marks received in the BSc exams, forcing her into such an extreme step. Family members had always narrated that Priya had always been a good student, but was constantly under stress due to pressure for good academic performance.

No suicide note was recovered, and the family is shocked by this incident. Priya's father, Pradeep Kumar, is a deed writer in Dadri tehsil. The whole family mourns this tragic loss. The police have not received any formal complaint or FIR so far.
