Recently, his parents received a threatening message warning them to "control their son, or he will be sent to Radha Rani," indicating potential harm if he continues his activities.
Legal Action Against Threats and Harassment
The threats follow increased trolling and criticism of Abhinav and his family, who have been accused by some of promoting a constructed persona on social media. After these threats, Abhinav's lawyer, Kislay Pandey, spoke to Local 18 stating that this was orchestrated by certain people with an agenda against the young influencer. The accused person has stated that there have been targeted videos circulating on the internet about Abhinav, followed by threats to his family. After that, the family lodged an official complaint with the police and submitted documentation related to the harassment.

Statement by Lawyer on Targeted Campaign Against Abhinav
Pandey believes that this harassment might be a part of a calculated campaign. "We suspect a calculated agenda behind these actions. If someone wants to make a video about Abhinav, they should include his perspective, but they aren't doing that. Instead, they're sharing their own narratives," he said. Pandey also said that Abhinav's private photos and videos are being used in other people's content for views and money, often sensationalized.

The lawyer disclosed that Abhinav's family plans strong legal action against people misusing his images and videos without permission. "We are filing defamation, extortion, and other criminal cases against people involved in damaging his reputation," Pandey said. He confirmed that the process towards legal proceedings has already begun.
