In a dramatic incident in Chandrapur district’s Nagbhid taluka, a leopard entered a house in Savangi village, creating panic for six hours before eventually escaping back into the forest.

Last night, in the village of Savangi (Badge), a leopard attacked goats tied in the house of Sachin Randaye. The commotion awakened the household members, startling the leopard, which then took refuge in the attic. Upon receiving information about the incident, the forest department and members of SWAB, a wildlife organization, initiated a rescue operation despite heavy rainfall.

The team surrounded the house to prevent the leopard from escaping. Eventually, the leopard broke through the roof tiles and fled into the jungle. The swift response and coordinated efforts of the forest department and wildlife rescuers ensured that the situation was handled without harm to the residents or the animal.Leopard Intrudes Home in Chandrapur District, Flees After Six-Hour OrdealLeopard Intrudes Home in Chandrapur District, Flees After Six-Hour OrdealLeopard Intrudes Home in Chandrapur District, Flees After Six-Hour Ordeal
