The incident happened as the Eastern Naval Command was taking part in practice at Ramakrishna Beach. As these two officers went down from the sky with paratroopers open, they both got entwined, so it became confusing. In a viral video shot, one is seen holding up the national flag as the parachute spins out of control before meeting the water bodies.
