Trending News: Teen arrested for making bombs after watching YouTube 

An 18-year-old youth has been arrested for making a bomb after watching YouTube videos. The incident took place in Pilipara, Ward No. 7 of Jayanagar Municipality. The arrested youth has been identified as Prabir Chattopadhyay. Bomb-making materials were recovered from his house, and the Jayanagar police have started an investigation into the matter.

According to family sources, Prabir would always be on his mobile phone, locking himself in his room and getting irritated if anyone entered. Jayanagar police sources revealed that Prabir recently had a dispute with some other youths. To retaliate, he decided to make a bomb.

He learned bomb-making techniques from YouTube and gathered the necessary raw materials. He then conducted a test explosion in the area. This explosion occurred at midnight, causing panic among local residents. Fortunately, no one was injured as the explosion happened in an open area in the forest. During the investigation, the Jayanagar police arrested Prabir. Family sources indicated that Prabir used to work in Puri and would occasionally return home.

He committed this act during one such visit. The officer in charge of Jayanagar police station, Parthasarathi Pal, stated that Prabir confessed to learning bomb-making from YouTube during interrogation. The police are also investigating the source of the materials and equipment used.
