CM Yogi at Deepotsav, Mathura and Kashi Should Shine Like Ayodhya

Ayodhya’s first Diwali after the Ram Temple inauguration sees CM Yogi at Deepotsav highlighting the city's transformation, with past critics now chanting Ram-Ram.

CM Yogi talked of the opposition he said was thwarting Ayodhya's progress, equating them to obstacles he would clear off, much like the government's approach to organised crime. He said that hindrances to the progress of Sanatan Dharma would be dealt with an iron fist, equating obstructionist forces with the destiny of criminals. "Just as Diwali started from Ayodhya in the Treta Yuga, the revival of Sanatan Dharma's values and heritage starts here," he said.

On being asked about the democratic might of India, Yogi said that Ayodhya Ram Temple symbolises progress of India and that is also the commitment of nation to its heritage. Remember the days when someone had begun doubting Lord Ram saying his doubts were not only concerning Ram but were actually attack on Sanatan Dharma and our ancestors. He acclaimed the efforts of Prime Minister Modi, stating that "this is 'Ram Rajya' as the Government ensures social welfare for everybody," adding that the free treatment up to ₹5 lakhs is being given and ration is provided without making any discrimination which is Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas principle for the government.

CM Yogi summed it all up with a strong message of "One India, Great India" wherein the heritage and development complement each other in bringing about prosperity to the nation. This year's Deepotsav has proved to be an apt expression of the Ayodhya revival in India with a cultural treasure trove that depicts India's growth ahead.
