What is WhatsApp Custom Lists and how does it help?

It sometimes takes ages to look for your favorite contacts or the most active groups if you have hundreds of contacts in WhatsApp. Now, Custom Chat Lists allow the user to create a personalized list of top contacts and groups. Users can name the lists as they wish, thus easily accessing frequently contacted people or chats. They do not have to search for individual names all the time.

This feature was introduced through a new blog post that WhatsApp had published, and it's on par with efforts for an even smoother and functioning user experience.
