Massive Fire Engulfs School Bus in Delhi’s Jaitpur Area, Driver Escapes Unharmed

A major fire broke out in a school bus in the Jaitpur area of Southeast Delhi around 8:30 AM, reducing the vehicle to ashes. Fortunately, no children were onboard at the time of the incident. The bus driver, acting quickly, managed to jump out and save his life.

Timely Action Prevents Major Tragedy

The fire began near the radiator of the bus and spread fast to engulf the whole vehicle in flames. Two fire tenders were called to the scene, which successfully extinguished the flames. According to eyewitnesses, the firefighters arrived quickly and controlled the fire before it caused further damage.

Residents who witnessed the accident said that the fire was very rapid and that no time was left to recover the bus. They were relieved that the bus was empty because if children had been present, the situation would have been much worse.
