Airtel Offers Free Services for Four Days to Support Customers Affected by Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Rains

In response to the heavy rains in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Bharti Airtel has announced a special initiative to support its affected customers. The telecom operator is offering four days of free services, including 1.5 GB of daily mobile data and unlimited calling, for prepaid users whose validity has expired and are unable to recharge.

These benefits will automatically be applied and are valid for four days, with no additional action required from customers. In addition, Airtel has extended the bill payment deadline for postpaid customers by seven days to ensure uninterrupted service.

For prepaid home users, Airtel is providing an extra four days of validity to those whose plans have expired, ensuring continuous access to home Wi-Fi services. Postpaid home users will also benefit from a seven-day extension on their bill payment deadline. Airtel emphasized that these measures are being taken to help customers stay connected during the challenging weather conditions in the region.

In a statement, Bharti Airtel said, "To help customers in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana stay connected during the region's unprecedented rains, Airtel is taking the following measures."

This is not the first time Airtel has stepped in to assist customers during natural calamities. Last month, the company provided free services for three days to those impacted by the Wayanad landslide, offering 1GB of free data per day, unlimited voice calls, and 100 SMS per day for prepaid users, along with a 30-day extension on bill payments for postpaid customers.

Through these efforts, Bharti Airtel continues to demonstrate its commitment to ensuring that its customers remain connected during times of crisis.
