Drunk Truck Driver Rams Hotel in Pune After Being Denied Food, Causes Massive Damage
In a shocking incident on Friday night, a drunk truck driver caused significant damage to Hotel Gokul in Hingangaon, Pune, after being refused food. The driver, who was reportedly traveling from Solapur to Pune, became enraged when the hotel owner declined his request for food.
The altercation quickly escalated as the driver got back into his truck and began ramming it into the hotel building multiple times, causing extensive damage. The driver also hit a car parked outside the hotel during his rampage.

The chaotic scene was captured on video by bystanders, which showed the truck smashing into the structure repeatedly. Several onlookers attempted to intervene by throwing stones at the truck in an effort to stop the driver. The rampage finally ended when the truck’s wheels got stuck, preventing the driver from continuing.
Local authorities were called to the scene, and an investigation is ongoing. No injuries have been reported, but the hotel and surrounding property sustained significant damage. The driver's actions have raised concerns about the enforcement of regulations related to drunk driving.
