Starting from Monday to Friday, police personnel will have the opportunity to meet with the DGP during working hours. However, they are required to obtain prior permission from their respective in-charges before approaching the DGP. This structured approach is intended to streamline the process while ensuring that the DGP remains accessible to all ranks within the police force.

The initiative by DGP Prashant Kumar has been widely appreciated, as it reflects a commitment to transparency, open communication, and the well-being of the police personnel who serve the state.
