QNET and its franchisee, Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Pvt. Ltd., operate legally under the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, following guidelines issued by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
In 2017, the Karnataka High Court quashed FIRs against Vihaan Direct Selling, ruling that QNET is not a Ponzi or pyramid scheme.
The Supreme Court of India also issued a Stay Order in March 2017, reinforcing the legality of QNET’s business model.
The City Civil & Sessions Court of Bangalore acknowledged that previous legal proceedings had already dismissed similar allegations, validating QNET’s compliance with Indian laws.
